Take Care of Yourself!
It can be easy to be on the go all the time but it is important to remember to take care of yourself. Eating lots of fresh and organic fruits and veggies; getting in exercise such as going for a run, playing a vigorous tennis game, or going to a hot yoga class; and letting stress go by reading, taking a bath, or watching a fun movie, all go a long way in keeping you strong and healthy.
And being healthy will help you be ready and eager to learn new things!
